Mobile Home Valuation

I see a lot of interest in mobile home values, mobile home sales, used mobile homes and other questions related to the buying, selling and renting of mobile homes.  Clearly many "snowbirds" use the internet to shop for mobile homes in Florida or Texas for use as winter homes.  They have questions about costs, floor plans etc.  In addition, they have questions about mobile home parks and mobile home living issues. 

I want to build this section to where it is the best source for information about all the factors related to long distance buying, selling and renting mobile homes.  A web site like this will never replace a local sales operation, but for people who are geographically far apart I think it can provide a valuable service. 

Have you been trying to do something related to mobile home buying or selling over the web and found yourself frustrated or stuck?  Please email me with the problem/issues and any suggestions for what I might add to the site that would be helpful. 

I am thinking of installing forum software so buyers and sellers would have a place to meet and exchange information directly.  This requires a large committment on my part, so I want to be sure there is a need before I go ahead with it.
